Warranty Claim
Leader Radio Technologies Pte Ltd (trading as RINGCONN.SG) provides a limited warranty for selected products bearing our official warranty sticker affixed to the original packaging. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through authorised resellers within Singapore.
1. Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid for the duration specified on the warranty sticker, beginning from the original date of purchase, provided that the product is:
Operated under normal usage conditions; and
Used in accordance with the instructions outlined in the official user manual.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
Improper, negligent, or unauthorised use, operation, handling, or modification;
Failure to adhere to the maintenance guidelines set out in the product documentation;
Normal wear and tear;
Battery degradation (all rechargeable batteries are consumables and their performance naturally diminishes over time—battery replacement is not covered);
Accidents, physical damage, or external causes unrelated to product quality.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
In the event of a suspected product failure under normal usage, customers must first contact the RingConn Support Team via the RingConn mobile application:
RingConn App → Me (bottom right) → After-Sales Support → Feedback → Submit
The Support Team will respond within 48 hours with either:
A resolution to the issue, or
Confirmation of a hardware defect, in which case the customer will be directed to the local distributor for a replacement.

4. Eligibility
This warranty is applicable only to products purchased in Singapore through authorised resellers. Products obtained through unauthorised channels or from outside Singapore are not eligible for coverage under this warranty policy.
